We lost our phone line last Wednesday night in the ice storm. I was wondering when you will have crews available to work on that area? There are several downed trees on the road. We cut up enough to get our car out, but to restore the wiring, more will have to be cut. Also, where is the new cell tower? Where in my area where I need to go to get wireless coverage? This would be nice to know when another storm hits so we could try to get help using our wireless. We had to remove trees and lift up electric and phone lines to get out of our road last week. We are saying do what ever it takes and he laughed and says I need to talk to the engineer. He does not call. We need lots of help. In fact our neighbor just two doors up at 140 Fleming has DSL assess. I cannot count the phone calls, wait time (minutes and seconds) that we have spent trying to get results. HELP!!!! When using the My Account feature, it is hit or miss that the Barvia Link browser will correctly display selections in favorites. The use case is that the Barvia Link has no keyboard. This makes searching for videos painful. Since the Bravia Link has the ability to "Log In" to "My Account" on You Tube, I should be able to see all of the favorites I have added to my account. But the Bravia browser has a mind of its own, and more often than not will not pick up a video add to favorites on my account through a PC. Promising product, but not ready for the market. Apart from that I love it I just hope it'll be usable eventually. Steve ;-) hiyah,
