REDMOND, Wash., June 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Microsoft Corp. today
announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of
$0.11 per share. The dividend is payable Sept. 11, 2008, to shareholders of
record on Aug. 21, 2008. The ex-dividend date will be Aug. 19, 2008.
