Vesti Now Available on DIRECTV WorldDirect™ Programming Platform. EL SEGUNDO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–DIRECTV is growing its WorldDirect™ programming platform with the addition of Vesti, a Russian-language news channel covering major national and international news and events 24 hours-a-day seven days-a-week. Vesti is part of Russian Television and Radio (RTR), one of Russia’s leading broadcasters and content providers.
Vesti’s daily schedule is built on an hourly rotation with ten-minute bulletins on major national and international news every half hour, complemented with alternating business, sports and cultural updates.
